hellfire99x: (Ryusei - WAHOOO!)
And now my layout looks appropriate for everybody, not just me! Check it out:

Specifically, what I fixed is: I changed my journal title from printed "Hellfire's Realm" text (which didn't use a font that was on everybody's computer anyway, meaning it only looked good to me) to a PNG of how it should look with the font.

The alignment is slightly off compared to what it was before the edit, but I dunno... I think I might like it better now. [edit: alignment fixed now, I think; will do comparison tomorrow.] Any feedback? Criticism?

Also, question for any S2 Layout masters out there: Is there a way to tell Dreamwidth to use two user/"wizard" layouts? Right now it's only set to use the auto-generated layout, and I can't find a way to tell it to use my own custom layout's settings too -- meaning the next time I use the wizard, my customizations will disappear until I edit them back in.

Thank you very much for your help, [personal profile] sleepykelvina! :D
hellfire99x: (EverQuest)
Sony is launching a new time-locked progression server for EQ. On the 15th, the Fippy Darkpaw server will go live with only classic EverQuest content. For 90 days, it will remain a Classic-only server, at which point a server-wide vote will take place as to whether to open the Kunark expansion. Once Kunark is opened, there will be 60 days of Kunark until the next expansion, Velious, can be voted open by the server. And so on and so on.

The 10-day free playtime period apparently started on the 11th, and will be through the 21st. You don't have to play on Fippy Darkpaw in order to have the free playtime; all that's required is that you have an EverQuest account in good standing to have qualified.

So if you have an account and feel like logging in, say/e-mail hi to me! I'm Renvaras or Cybel on the Tunare server. :P
